All of the services listed here can be performed in our laboratory, any time, day or night with state of the art equipment representing the cutting edge of technology.
 
            ULTRASONIC TESTING -

Using high frequency sound waves we
can inspect materials for internal
defects such as inclusions and
porosity. Also this technique can be
used to evaluate the thickness of
material for applications such as
corrosion gauging.
 

       LIQUID PENETRANT TESTING -

By coating the surface of a component
with a liquid penetrant, cleaning surface,
and applying a developers surface flaws
can be detected.
 
       MAGNETIC PARTICLE TESTING -

By applying a magnetic field to a ferromagnetic material, and applying ferromagnetic particles to the
inspection surface, surface and
subsurface defects can be found.
 		                HARDNESS TESTING -

In the field, being able to estimate the mechanical strength of your components can be critical. Using both hammer driven and rebound indention techniques, we
can provide the hardness data you need, convertible to whatever scale you need.
